November to February is dry, sunny and busiest, with the highest hotel prices around Christmas and New Year. From June to September the monsoon closes most beach shacks and water sports and makes the sea unsafe for swimming.

Should the client stay in North Goa or South Goa?
North Goa suits clients who want beaches, shacks, nightlife and easy sightseeing; it is busier and more commercial. South Goa is quieter and more spread out, so it suits couples and families who want calm and are happy to use a car for everything. This template keeps one North Goa base and adds a South Goa day, which avoids a hotel change in a five-day trip. For a longer stay, split the nights between the two.
Which Goa airport should the transfer use?
Goa has two airports. Dabolim in the south is closer to South Goa and Panjim, while Mopa in the north is closer to Candolim, Baga and Anjuna. The drive from one airport to the other side of the state can take well over an hour, so confirm the client’s flight airport before quoting the transfer and the first-night hotel.
How can an agent adapt this for a shorter or larger group?
For a four-day version, drop Day 4 and fold Old Goa into Day 2. For groups, replace the private car with a tempo traveller and move the river cruise to the evening of Day 2 to keep the timing manageable. For couples, replace the shack dinners with one beach club evening and add a spa or sunset cruise.
