  • • Paste your customer’s message, or record a voice brief in Hindi, other Indian languages or English, to start a trip
  • • Pre-departure emails: travellers 7 days before the trip, and a nudge to you 3 days before if a trip is still unpublished
  • • Deleted trips can be undone straight away and are permanently removed after 30 days
