Getting Started
Itiner is built for travel agencies that want to create premium itineraries at scale. You can go from signup to a live client portal in under 5 minutes.
- Create your account at itiner.app/signup
- Set up your agency workspace (name, branding)
- Create your first trip
- Publish and share the client portal link
Creating Trips
Trips are the core of Itiner. Each trip is a day-by-day itinerary you build for a client.
- Go to Trips and click New Trip
- Enter the trip name, destination, and dates
- Add days and fill each day with activities, times, and notes
- Attach a client from your client list (optional)
- Click Publish to make the portal live
You can unpublish a trip at any time — the portal link will stop working immediately.
AI Drafting
Itiner uses AI to draft a full day-by-day itinerary from a short prompt. This is the fastest way to start a new trip.
- Open a trip and click Draft with AI
- Describe the trip — destination, duration, traveller preferences, budget
- Review the generated days and activities
- Edit, reorder, or delete anything that doesn't fit
AI drafts are a starting point — always review before publishing to a client.
Client Portals
Every published trip gets a unique, token-secured portal URL. Clients can view the full itinerary on any device — no login required.
- Portals are read-only — clients cannot edit your itinerary
- Each portal URL is unique and token-secured
- Share via email, WhatsApp, or any messaging app
- Unpublishing a trip immediately revokes portal access
PDF Export
Export any trip as a branded PDF. Ideal for clients who prefer a printable copy or want to save the itinerary offline.
- Open a trip
- Click Export PDF in the top toolbar
- The PDF downloads with your agency name and all trip details
Team & Clients
Invite your team and manage clients from the Settings and Clients sections.
Inviting team members
Go to Settings → Team and click Invite Member. They'll receive an email with a join link.
Adding clients
Go to Clients and click New Client. Add their name and email. Attach clients to trips to track who each itinerary is for.
Templates
Save hotels, tours, and activities to your team library as reusable templates. Speed up planning by dropping saved items into any new trip.
- Go to Templates
- Click New Template and fill in the details
- When building a trip, insert templates directly into any day
