Travel quotation software

Travel quotation software for agents and tour operators

Build the itinerary and the quote in one place. Offer Standard, Deluxe and Luxury side by side, show GST and TCS as their own lines, and let the client accept one in a live portal instead of replying on WhatsApp.

Free tier, no credit card. 14-day trial on paid plans.

The problem

Why quoting eats an agent’s week

The price is rarely the hard part. It is the rebuilding, the resending and the not knowing what the client saw.

A new file for every option

Three packages means three documents, and each edit means three more. Itiner keeps up to three named options on one trip, each with its own price and hotels.

Taxes added after the client said yes

GST and TCS left off the quote, then added later, break trust. Itiner shows each tax line and the total payable before the client accepts.

No idea which price the client accepted

A WhatsApp “ok, go ahead” is not a record. The portal stores the accepted option, the time and the traveller’s name, and warns you if you change the price afterwards.

The quote and the itinerary live in different files

The client compares a PDF price to a separate itinerary. In Itiner the quote sits on the trip, so what they are buying and what it costs are on the same page.

What to evaluate

What travel quotation software should do

Use this list to test any quoting tool, Itiner included, against a real enquiry.

Show more than one option

Up to three named options per trip, each with its own total and per-person price. The client compares them side by side on a phone.

Handle GST and TCS in rupees

Add your GSTIN, choose GST on the package or on a service fee, and add TCS for overseas packages at the rate you set. Each line shows on the portal and PDF. Confirm the treatment with your accountant.

Let the client accept, and record it

One tap to accept in the portal. You get an email, and the accepted option is stored with the price at that moment.

Start from the supplier quote

Upload a DMC PDF and its hotels and transfers become the itinerary. Supplier prices are not extracted, so your buying prices never reach the client.

Collect the deposit and hand over an export

The portal shows a UPI QR that pays your own account. Owners can export a CSV with the accepted package, tax and deposit for an accountant.

See a quote go from options to accepted

The demo builds a trip, adds two package options with tax, and shows the client accepting one in the portal.

Frequently asked questions

Before you decide

Straight answers on scope, migration, and pricing, including where other systems and human review still matter.

What is travel quotation software?

Travel quotation software lets an agency price a trip, present it to a client, and track the response. In Itiner the quote is part of the trip: options, inclusions and exclusions, taxes and terms are attached to the itinerary and delivered through a portal and a branded PDF.

Can I send a client more than one quotation?

Yes. You can add up to three named options to a trip. The client sees them side by side and accepts one. The accepted option is locked with its price at that time, and you are warned if you edit the price afterwards.

Does it support GST and TCS?

Yes, for quotes in rupees. Enter your GSTIN, choose how GST applies, and add TCS for overseas packages. Both appear as separate lines with the total payable. The rates are yours to set, so check them with your CA.

Is it a full CRM or accounting system?

No. Itiner covers the itinerary, the quote, client acceptance and a UPI deposit request, with a CSV export for your accountant. It is not a CRM, ledger, live inventory or booking engine.

Where can I get a free quotation format?

The travel quotation format guide has a copy-ready sample and a downloadable price table. It is useful when you quote a few trips a month; software pays off when you quote every week.

What does Itiner cost?

Itiner has a free tier and paid plans starting at ₹1,500/month. Paid plans start with a 14-day trial and no card is required.
