Can I export my trips as PDF?

Yes. Open any trip and click Export PDF in the toolbar. Your branded PDF downloads immediately.

Can clients edit the portal?

No. Client portals are read-only. Only your team can create and edit trips inside the workspace.

How do I invite team members?

Go to Settings → Team and click Invite Member. Enter their email and they'll receive a join link.

What happens when I delete a trip?

Deleted trips are permanently removed and the client portal link stops working immediately. This action cannot be undone.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. You can create and publish trips for free. No credit card required to get started.

How does the AI drafting work?

Describe your trip — destination, duration, traveller preferences — and Itiner generates a full day-by-day itinerary. You can edit, reorder, or delete anything before publishing.

Can I share portals without publishing?

No. Portals are only accessible once a trip is published. Unpublishing a trip immediately revokes the portal link.

How do I add clients?

Go to the Clients section and click New Client. Add their name and email, then attach them to any trip.
