Why the product exists

The itinerary should not be rebuilt after every change.

Many agency workflows spread one trip across messages, notes, copied documents, design files, and exported PDFs. The result is repeated formatting and uncertainty about which version the client has.

Itiner's product boundary is deliberate. It focuses on itinerary creation, review, templates, presentation, portals, and PDFs. It does not claim to replace live inventory, booking, accounting, or a full travel CRM.

AI is used to help with the first draft. The travel professional remains responsible for checking route logic, timings, suppliers, availability, prices, safety, and client fit.
