Is there a free plan?
Yes. You can start on the Free plan with no credit card required.
Is there a trial?
Yes. Every new workspace starts with a 14-day trial of Flex, with branded PDF export and 15 trips a month. It ends automatically 14 days after you sign up, with no card and no charge, and the workspace then moves to the Free plan. Upgrade to Flex or Growth any time to keep the paid features.
What currency is pricing in?
All plan prices are listed in Indian rupees (INR), billed monthly. Agencies outside India are charged the same INR amount and their card network converts it to local currency at checkout. Your plan activates on the first charge.
What is founding member pricing?
Early adopters get Flex and Growth at up to half the list price. It’s limited to our first 25 paying agencies. Subscribe now and that monthly rate is held for a year (twelve billing cycles) before it moves to list price.
How do I upgrade?
Pick Flex or Growth and set up the monthly subscription through the secure Razorpay checkout. The first charge activates your plan immediately and it renews automatically each month at your founding-member rate for a year. Cancel any time yourself from Settings → Plan & Billing; your plan stays active until the cycle ends. For anything specific to your agency (an extra seat, a different billing cycle, white-labelling questions) or for the Custom plan, reach us from the contact page instead.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade as your agency grows.
How do AI generations work with trip limits?
Each paid plan includes multiple AI generations per trip (typically 4–6 generations per planned trip). This lets you create multiple itinerary versions, refine recommendations, and explore different trip directions with your client before publishing.
Do the trip and AI limits reset?
Yes. Trip and AI generation allowances reset at the start of every calendar month. Your client list is cumulative and is never reset.
What does white-label mean?
On Growth and above, the "Powered by Itiner" line disappears from client portals, PDF exports, and the itinerary email. Flex keeps the "Curated by [Agency] · Powered by Itiner" footer.
What does the Custom plan include?
Custom is for large travel companies with big agent teams: unlimited usage, multi-agent workflows, and custom feature requests. Talk to the founder and we will scope it with you.
Does the ChatGPT and Claude connector cost extra?
No. Connecting Itiner to ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor or VS Code is included on every plan, including Free. Itineraries the AI app creates count toward your plan's normal trip limits, the same as trips you create in Itiner yourself. Your ChatGPT or Claude subscription is separate and billed by that company.
