Use Itiner in ChatGPT and Claude
Already plan with ChatGPT or Claude? Connect Itiner once and just ask. Your AI app builds the itinerary in your Itiner account, edits it with you, and hands you the client link when it's ready.

This link is the same for everyone. It only works after you sign in to your own Itiner account, so it's safe to share with your team.
- Click Open Claude connectors above (sign in to Claude if asked).
- Click +, then Add custom connector. Name it Itiner and paste your Itiner link. Click Add.
- Click Connect. Sign in to Itiner and click Allow. Done.
- In any chat, Itiner is now available. Try: “Create a 6-day Bali itinerary for a honeymoon couple.”
On Claude Team or Enterprise, a workspace owner adds it once under Admin settings → Connectors.
Then just ask
- “Create a 6-day Bali itinerary for a honeymoon couple with a premium budget.”
- “Make day 3 more relaxed.”
- “Change the dates to 10–15 November and add the Iyer family as the client.”
- “Publish this so I can send it to my client.”
- “Find the Kyoto trip I made last week.”
What it can do
- Plan a whole trip day by day with Itiner AI, using real places
- Change any day, the dates, the client, budget or travel style
- Find your existing itineraries
- Publish a trip and give you the client link to send
What it can't do
- Delete trips
- See billing, passwords or your team
- Open uploaded passports or visa documents
- See any other agency's trips
Questions
Do I need to be technical to set this up?
No. Copy your Itiner link, open your AI app’s settings with the button on this page, paste the link, then sign in to Itiner and click Allow. It takes about two minutes.
Does it cost extra?
No. Itineraries the AI app creates count toward your normal Itiner plan limits, just like trips you create in Itiner yourself.
Is my clients’ data safe?
The AI app only gets what it needs to do what you asked: itinerary details and the client’s name on the trip. It never gets your password, client email addresses or phone numbers, uploaded documents, or prices. What it does receive is then handled by the AI company under its own privacy policy.
How do I disconnect?
In Itiner, go to Settings → AI assistants and click Disconnect, or remove Itiner from your AI app’s connector settings. Trips it made stay in your account.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes. Everyone uses the same link and signs in with their own Itiner account, so each person only sees your agency’s trips with their own permissions.
