Big Buddha and Wat Chalong in the morning, Phuket Old Town in the afternoon, and sunset at Promthep Cape.
Day 4
Phuket to Krabi
Transfer to Krabi by road, about three hours, or by ferry. Check-in at Ao Nang and a free evening on the beach promenade.
Day 5
Krabi islands
Four Islands or Hong Islands longtail tour, with time at Railay Beach and Phra Nang Cave Beach.
Day 6
Departure
Breakfast and transfer to Krabi airport.

Best time to go

November to April is the dry season on the Andaman coast, with calm sea for island tours. From May to October the south-west monsoon brings rain and rough sea, and boat tours can be cancelled at short notice, so keep a flexible day.

Should the client fly into Phuket and out of Krabi?

Yes, where flights allow. An open-jaw route saves a three-hour drive back to Phuket on the last day. If the client's airline only serves Phuket, reverse the order or keep the last night in Phuket.

Is Phuket and Krabi good for a honeymoon?

Yes. Upgrade to a pool villa in Phuket and a beachfront room in Ao Nang or Railay, add a private longtail boat for the Krabi day, and replace the Phuket sightseeing day with a spa and a sunset dinner cruise.

What if a boat tour is cancelled for weather?

Island tours are cancelled when the sea is rough, especially from May to October. Keep Day 3 flexible so the Phi Phi tour can move, and tell the client in the quotation that boat tours depend on sea conditions.
