Client Pipeline
A client board as simple as a notes app, not a CRM you have to configure before it's useful.
Why it matters
Most CRMs built for travel agencies ask for a setup project before they're useful: pipelines to define, fields to configure, stages to name. Itiner's pipeline needs none of that. Every client already has a name, a phone number, and the trips you've planned for them, and the board just puts that on a screen you can glance at, five stages wide: Inquiry, Quoted, Deposit Paid, Traveling, Follow-up.
It also doesn't need babysitting. A client moves to Quoted the moment their trip is priced, to Traveling while the trip is running, and to Follow-up once it's done, derived straight from the trip dates and status you already keep up to date, not a second copy of the same fact you have to remember to update. Drag a card yourself when you want to override the board, and it stays exactly where you put it.
Frequently asked questions
Is this a full CRM?
No, and that is deliberate. It is a five-stage board (Inquiry, Quoted, Deposit Paid, Traveling, Follow-up) with the client's name, phone, and trip on each card. No pipelines to configure, no fields to define first.
Do I have to move cards myself?
No. A client's stage follows their trip's dates and status automatically: quoted once you send pricing, traveling while the trip is running, follow-up once it ends. Drag a card by hand when you want to override it, and it stays put until you hand it back to automatic.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. Most agencies running Itiner use it from a phone day to day, so the board, WhatsApp links, and quick-add are all built mobile-first.
The pipeline lives on the same Clients page as everyone you've planned a trip for, with no separate tool to switch to.
